Youth & Family

The youth and family programs offered in this congregation strive to bring an inter-generational experience as they offer fellowship, education and service to children, youth and adults of all ages. All programs are offered to members and non-members and we encourage participation in all we do from members of the community. A weekly education hour is available every Sunday morning for those age 3 through age 100+. Confirmation classes are held on Sunday mornings for youth in 7th, 8th and 9th grades. Social justice forums are routinely offered. New member classes, baptism classes and communion classes are available.

Several annual events include:

Rally Weekend: crazy fun for all on the weekend following Labor Day.

Confirmation Program: an educational program for youth in grades 7-9. A special service to affirm the baptismal covenant is held each October.  Please contact the church office for additional information.

Bible Distribution: all children age 3 and in 3rd grade receive the gift of an age appropriate Bible during worship.

Children’s Christmas Program: TBA

Winter Middle School Retreat: TBA

Road Trip: TBA

Passion Weekend Musical: inter-generational musical reenacting the passion of Christ.

Summer Mission Trips: for high school and middle school aged youth.

Sunday School:  For children, ages 3-6 grade.  Sunday mornings 10:00 September-May. Please contact the church office for additional information.
